Parents pay Little Brincos directly. The building provides space and may promote the program — a resident amenity with no line item for the property.

Little Brincos is a premium multi-building amenity provider — company insurance, compliance, and operations at building-team scale.
Insurance
Little Brincos LLC maintains Commercial General Liability with Next Insurance (active policy), $2M per occurrence / $4M general aggregate, plus umbrella coverage; includes Sexual Abuse & Molestation and Professional Liability; Additional Insured available for the building. COI and vendor docs ready for Bozzuto/Greystar-style compliance.
A solo instructor cannot replace company insurance, compliance, and operations.

Little Brincos is truly amazing Ms. Ana works so well with kids of all ages, encouraging movement, curiosity, and trying new things. She teaches in English and Spanish, encouraging her students in every way. I know that when mt kids are with her, they are learning, active, and safe. I can't recommend Little Brincos enough.

Ms. Ana brings so much energy and beauty to her dance classes - and into the work my daughters have done with her - now for a full year. My older daughter (aged almost-nine) has worked on everything from ballet to rhythmic modern dance under her instruction. Ms. Ana always lets the students craft a large portion of their dance routines - with expert help and guidance, of course.
